Olive & Orient serves as a US Agent for O1 visas.
An O1 visa is a non-immigrant visa based upon extraordinary ability. Applicants cannot self-petition for an O1 visa.
The petitioner can be an employer, or if the applicant is in the arts (such as a photographer, illustrator, artist or designer) they can instead have a US Agent as their petitioner.
A US Agent represents an artist so he or she can work with multiple other companies—by petitioning for you, we allow you to work for multiple employers, or perform assignments for multiple companies, in the United States.
The represented artist will need to organize agreements with employers or clients that confirm that the artist will have work in the U.S. over the term of the visa.
Relevant information from U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services can be found here.
Please feel free to contact Olive & Orient with questions, or if you are interested in having us serve as your US Agent.
